Signing in
How signing in to Geenius Chat will work: one account, no new password, and a plan check. Built in code, it opens with the app.
There is no separate Geenius Chat account. You sign in.
How it works#
- On the Chat sign-in screen, press Sign in.
- Sign in as you normally do, if you are not signed in already.
- You come back to Chat, signed in.
- Chat reads your plan and shows what it includes.
If your plan does not cover something, the app says so and links to the plans. It does not ask you for payment details.
Workspaces#
Chat works inside your workspaces. Your threads and runs belong to a workspace, and you see your own threads in each workspace you are a member of. If you leave a workspace, you no longer see its threads.
Questions#
- Do I need a new password? No.
- Can I sign in with Google or an email link? You sign in the way your account allows; Chat itself only offers Sign in.
- Can I sign in without a plan? You can sign in, but Chat tells you what your plan does not include.
